San Francisco’s newly elected Marxist District attorney Chesa Boudin dropped charges against the younger of this man’s two assailants (who in turn were cheered on by the mob) and enrolled him in a new “restorative justice” program . You want more anti-asian hate crime, this is how you get it.
Upon taking office, Boudin fired his top seven prosecutors and prohibited all his assistant attorneys from requesting cash bail be set for defendants. No word whether that applied to the older of these defendants two months ago when he attacked the same old man and robbed him. i’m guessing it did.
