New Listing on Richmond Hill

73 Richmond Hill Road, $4.495 million. Built in 1997 by Bill Gardner, who builds a good house. Richmond Hill was pretty much dead from 2008 until last year, with the few homes that did sell going for millions less than their owners had originally paid, but 34 Richmond sold for $4.5 this past July, so perhaps that’s changing during this panic. The street isn’t close to commanding the $6-$8 million it once did, but any activity should be wlcome.
