Catching up on real estate, this one took a while

Friday was a busy day: 40 closings, both sales and rentals. 11 Red Coat Lane, off North Street, old for $2 million. Purchased for $2.830 in 2008 (and $2.6 in 2005) it’s been on the market since 2014, when it started at $2.895. i always liked this house, but the market obviously didn’t.

Readers sometimes ask why I’m so cautious about the current market: it’s because I remember the 2004-2007 one.
