4 Fairgreen Lane, in Old Greenwich’s Shorelands, is new to the market today and priced at $6.995 million. It’s certainly a nice house: the owners couldn’t sell the original 1925, 2,500 sq. version at $2.149 in 2012, so they completely rebuilt it in 2013, while expanding it to 6,392 sq. ft. My doubts arise only because a non-waterfront house in Shorelands on a 1/3 acre lot might meet buyer resistance at $7 million.
