Remuddling of the month

66 Binney Lane, new to the market today at $5.495. 1895 or 1905 construction (depending on which listing you read), it was in pretty sorry shape back in 2006, but still managed to fetch $3.9 back then, and now, after a long period of being rented out, it seems to have been freshened up.

I’m not sure of its virtues as a full-time residence, but I can see its appeal to a New York City family looking to escape on weekends and for the summer.

at this price, i’d want azek decking and rails, but for the traditionalist, weekend fixer-upper, I suppose this is a feature, not a bug
