Testing the depth of the Westchester diaspora
/4 Cherry Blossom Lane, way up Taconic and nestled against the Banksville border, is new to the market today at $7.7 million. The current owners paid $7.1 for it in June 2016, but they, in turn, had bought it from the soon-to-fail “Antares Mansion Group” in 2007 for $10.750.
The history of this mini-subdivision has not been one of success; two of the builders working the street went belly up, and the remaining lots were sold off for peanuts. There is currently a lot for sale at 12 Cherry Blossom with the promise to build a $3.450 house.
There goes the neighborhood.
