18 Red Top Road closed yesterday, $7.8 million on an asking price of $7.995, 23 days on market. The owner has access to what was once called “Tom Young’s Rock” (and it still may be, for all I know) but not, I believe, a view of it from the house.
Ellen Mosher had both sides of this deal, which is always nice.
