Mooreland Road sale

59 Mooreland Road has sold for $8.5 million. The seller paid $9.495 for it when it was new in 2004. After putting (a lot) of money into it, he tried for $11.5 in 2016-2017, then tried again back in July, at $9.5, and yesterday’s sale was the result.

I’ve aways thought this was a fabulous, and I was surprised when it took so long to find a buyer.
