Even Riverside waterfront can be a tad illiquid

51 Willowmere Circle has closed, at $7,647,500. It began at $8.950 back in May 2019 and didn’t go to contract until this April, but a decent result nonetheless. Very nice owners, who I’ll miss, and a great house.
