148 Clapboard Ridge (no link) asking $3.695 million. Contracts in 38 days, so probably selling for close to that price. Typical 1993 construction, the owners paid $3.950 for it in 2007 — our last highwater mark — and tried for $3.995 in 2016-17, without success.
