Forget the ammunition shortage, which has cleared gunshop shelves of everything from .22 to 9mm to #6 trap loads, now there’s a shortage of cans to store it in, if you do find the stuff (fortunately, I have plenty; in fact, while tidying up the house today I came across a forgotten carton holding 3,000 rounds of .22, which is why I’m in the market for a couple more cans).
