13 Brownhouse Road, one of the Collins’ houses on the former Electrolux property, built in 1990. The sellers sked $1.999 million, and just sold for $2 million (apparently the buyers were willing to pay full price, but much more, and good for them; too much enthusiasm has led many a buyer to regrettable results).

These weren’t bad houses, though Collins did have a tendency to go cheap on finishes. Most owners have upgraded over the years, as this one was in 2012.

Originally sold for $740,000 in 1990, these owners paid $830,000 in 1998.
