Blogging's been light-to non-existent, but then, so has our estate activity
/A friend is visiting and it turns out that I do still have a life, so we’ve been out touring some of Maine that I’ve been too housebound to get around to. Refreshing, and I intend to do it again today.
in the meantime, there was one sale worth mentioning, if one is desperate for real estate news when there is none, 43 Lafrentz Road, way up north (Round Hill to John Street to Buckfield to Lafrentz), proving that the NY buyers pool is still active.
Listed at $3.5 million, it closed at $3.450, 31 days. Jeff Jackson had the listing last year, when he listed it at $1.595 and sold it for $1.605, to these his own clients. They fixed it up and re-listed it with Jeff for $3.5, and he’s resold it again, this time, alas, to buyers represented by another agent. But three out of four’s not bad.
