15 Sherwood Farm Lane is back on the market for $4.795 million after being purchased for $2.640 this past September.

Well, maybe. These flippers have certainly put some real money into refreshing the place, and the 2021 market is better than 2020’s, but as I mentioned a week or so ago, this development has not performed as well as other parts of time.

For instance, the previous owners paid $3.450 in 2004 and tried to sell it, sporadically, from 2012 to 2020, beginning at $4.950 million and going down for there. That doesn’t bode well for this price, but you never know.
