New listing in Riverside
/26 Hendrie Avenue, $4.495 million. Meh — I suppose. Pretty standard for newish construction in Riverside, but that’s a very high standard of construction, if not architecture, so why not?
During the last bubble back in 2005 the tear-down on this lot was listed at $1.545, and sold for $1.8. The builder who bought it priced his new house at $4.195 in ‘07 before selling it to these owners in 2008 for $3.8. $400,000 than he’d hoped, but there must still have been plenty of room for profit even in that lower price.
