Another Old Greenwich bidding war — south of the Village, aren't they all?

16 Grant — gouda ’nuff for at least two buyers, and probably more

Everyone’s favorite Dutch import, Daphne Lamsvelt-Pol (Sotheby’s) brought her client’s house at 16 Grant Avenue to the market on November 11 at $3.995 and had it sold immediately: it closed yesterday for $4.1. In years past, mid-November through mid-January was our market’s dead period; not this year.

The sellers paid $3.1 for it in 2018, and although they took care of some basic maintenance replacements, and added a handful of improvements, they appear to have made out very well here.
