75 Oneida Drive — no link because details have been yanked — has closed at $5.850 million on an asking price of $5.395. August contract.
A 1951 house substantially improved in 2017, it sold in 2019 for $3.975 million and nothing significant seems to have been done it it since; certainly nothing involving money, so the sellers mad out well here.
