7 Bolling Place, listed August 30th @ $995,000, has sold today for $1.190 million. The buyer is from Battery Park (10280 Zip), which makes sense; there’s sort of a city feel here, without the subway slashers and madmen, and, compared to NYC prices it’s a bargain, for now. By next year, they may be giving the island back to the original savages, if they’ll take it.
