New listing on Clapboard Ridge
/104 Clapboard Ridge, all yours for $11.750 million. It sold when it was new in 2001 for $10.2 million, so, assuming it’s been maintained since then, this is probably a “reasonable” price.
In a daring departure from convention, listing agent Joe Barbieri has thrown caution to the wind and bleached The Zebra, foregone the Tipi in the Children’s Room, and even ditched The Orange Pillow in the Living Room. The question is, does Joe get away with this sort of wild experimentation because he’s Barbieri, or is he Barbieri because he does?
UPDATE: I just noticed that, in a nod to tradition, Joe has brought back “The Chair”, for a blending of the old and avant-garde; just what you might expect from the master of surprise.
