As inventory shrinks, the non-MLS deals continue to multiply
/Here’s another: 219 W. Lyon Farm, $1.495 million. The owner paid $1.180 for it in 2003. It was last renovated in 1997, and while the present (2021) value of that $1.180 is $1.817 million, considering no real money was put into it over the past twenty years, not a bad deal for the seller.
