Partridge Hollow is back for another try. It failed to find a buyer in the period March 2017-November 2018, when it started at $4.7 and fell to $4.275, came back in January 2019 — $3.795, and has now returned at $4.950 million. Third time the charm? We’ll see.
48 Mayfair Lane $5.850 million. I don’t know this house; it was purchased by these owners, new, in 1989, for $3,666,000, and that was before my time in this racket. Mayfair’s a nice neighborhood, though.
