New today, 3 Wahneta Road, Old Greenwich, $2.595. Built in 1938, 2,500 sq.ft., window a/c. It sits on .44 of an acre in the R-12 zone, so there’s 6,000 sq.ft. of allowable house. This would be a fun renovation/expansion project, but we don’t see much of those these days.
