530 Round Hill Road has taken a second reduction off its April price of $7.495 million is now asking $6.3. That strikes me as a tempting deal, but that’s easy to say when I don’t have $6.3 million handy to buy an equestrian property.
Still, what gorgeous land — 14 acres — and a beautiful, 1937 house to go with it. Saddle up.
