King Street contract

1375 King Street, bank-owned, and priced at $1.189 million reports a contract. The house dates to 1772, but though the floors and beams are original, not much else is. There was some talk of a group of history appreciators buying it, but I haven’t heard anything about that for the past month, so I’m guessing it didn’t go forward.
