The union [is demanding] a remote work policy and a “performance ratings system” that protects against the alleged biases experienced by certain staff members.

And I like this complaint, which could only have come from a gang of college graduates:

The union alleged that The Times has committed a larger amount of their (sic) finances to profitable investments …
