One sale doesn't signify much, but I'll report it here anyway

400 Sound Beach Avenue, Old Greenwich, was discussed previously when it hit the market last September and went to contract in just four days. There were multiple bids, but its final selling price yesterday was “only” the full asking price of $3.6 million. Last spring, I’d have expected several of those bids to have been over-ask.
