435 Round Hill, $19.995 million. Built, I think, by Jorden Saper in 2005, and once owned by Tommy Hilfiger (but then, former Hilfiger-owned homes in Greenwich are as ubiquitous as those slept in by Washington, so there’s that).

This sale may encompass both 435 Round Hill and the additional lot of 4-acres with outbuildings 435-229, offered at $25.550 millionth that was canceled yesterday.

In any event, the 4-acre lot with just the house sold for $20 million in 2009; the lack of price appreciation is probably due to the replacement of the master bedroom with just a primary one.
