Berkeley’s grand plan to expand enrollment and student housing is derailed by activist judge

He wants a new environmental impact report (EIR) showing the effects on the homeless, air quality, and the city in general, all of which Berkeley students, faculty, and the administration have fervently advocated for.

Just wait until someone wants to build transmission lines through the state to provide electricity for all the electric cars and hoses mandated by these same people. Heh heh heh.
