Old Greenwich continues to perform

I haven’t checked the statistics so I can’t say this with certainty, but my general impression is that Riverside and Old Greenwich, which suffered less from the 2008-2012 crash than the rest of the town and recovered in months, rather than years, is still leading the pack.

Case in point, unlike 41 Birchwood, discussed below, 33 Ballwood Road in Old Greenwich came on the market at $3.995 million, went immediately to sealed bids, and closed yesterday at $4.145.
