Lyon Farm inventory is beginning to be replenished

For a while now, there’s been nothing for sale in Lyons Farm, which has been frustrating for a number of downsizers who’ve been looking to buy in the development. Now there are three for sale, including 504 W. Lyon. new today and priced by Sally Maloney at $1.199. Sally had the last listing to sell here, back in August, so it’s fitting that she has this one, too.

UPDATE: Oops! The inventory is back down to two units, because 30 E. Lyon Farm, listed two weeks ago for $1.010,00, has just reported a contract.
