UPDATE: In a Historic about-face, Germany will now ship weapons to Ukraine. Politico has the story. It’s probably too little too late, but the pressure from its NATO allies must have been overwhelming. Putin’s accomplishing what no one else has been able to: see the threat Russia poses to the rest of Europe.
