85 Dingletown Road sold in July 2020 for just $3.750 million, a large loss for a 4-year-old Hobbs-built custom home built on a $2.3 million lot. The new owner has just returned it to the market and has priced it at $5 million. That’s probably still below what it cost to build this home but then, this owner didn’t pay that cost.
