504 W. Lyon Farm, a 3-bedroom unit priced at $1.199 million, has gone to contract. When this came on a few days ago I observed that there was basically no inventory in this development and lots of demand, so no surprise here. And although I haven’t asked listing agent Sally Maloney, I also won’t be surprised to discover that this went via multiple bids.
