Cat Rock sale

30 Cat Rock Road closed yesterday at $2.860 million on a November contract. It began at $3.470 back in April 2020, which was not a propitious time to try selling, so its lengthy time on the market is understandable.

The market may be back, and may even be entering a new pricing structure, but just to add a bit of caution, this same house, less improvements, sold for $2.7 million in our last gold rush in 2005.
