This market continues to bail out previously disappointed builders

22 Widgeon Way was built on spec in 2016 and put up for sale that year at $3.595 before slowly dropping to $2.999 in 2017 and then being rented out. It came back on in 2020 at that same $2.999 price and still ccould’t find a buyer, expiring unsold in October 2021. Fourteen days ago it reappeared at $3.150 and is already pending, multiple bids.
