204 Otter Rock Drive, asking $7.1, has a contract after 28 days. The owners paid $6.050 for the lot in January,2020, so their change of plans doesn’t seem to have hurt them.

This was an incredible, 3-acre lot back before it was subdivided in 2015 (and sold for $13.1 that year)*, but it will still provide a nice building site. Still, like so much of Greenwich, Belle Haven has lost some of its beauty as the large parcels have been split up.

*Markets being what they are, the sellers in that transaction had paid $13.750 for the property in 2012.
