56 Frontier Road, $2.975 million. As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve always liked this home’s interior and setting, even if its exterior architecture leaves a bit to be desired. Over the years, owners keep trying for the high-threes, and eventually settle for around $3 million. No exception this time, so I guess the market has spoken.
