6 Ernel Drive, $1.395, received over 30 bids, and is going for “way over” ask.
23 Split Timber, $1.7 million, $300,000 + over. A practically identical house, 38 Split Timber, asked $1.595 and sold for $1.335 in 2020.
23 Hassake Road, $1.695, $500,000 +
18 Terrace $1.695, “many bids, going for above ask”.
