1110 Lake Avenue, up on the Bedford border, sold for $1.875 million in 2020. It reappeared Friday in the MLS’s “coming soon” section, unchanged except for a new price of $3.625 million. Has the COVID market really reached such an extreme, even in Siberia? I guess we’ll see.
