Quick price adjustments, quick sale

415 Round Hill Road is reported pending. Agent Amanda Lynch brought it on the market on February 11 at $5.695 million, dropped it to $5.595 ten days later on February 21, and then to its current price of $5.2 on March 28th. Voila.

Really: this market is so active, that if you’re not getting offers within days, you’re priced too high, but I notice some listings are still clinging bitterly to their guns, bibles and that original price. It’s certainly possible that the market will rise to the owner’s desired price, but if you want to sell, now, listen to what the market is saying by its silence, and go down and meet it.
