This seems an improbable price for land way up here, but what do I know, these days?

960 Lake Avenue, 8.66 acres, has appeared on the MLS asking $6.495 million, Raw land (in this case, there’s a tear-down on the property — same thing) on upper Lake has never sold for anything like that number in the past; in fact, the town appraises it at $1,744,300, and the tax card shows it as being purchased by these owners in 2020 for $1.380. So I guess we’ll see.
