Sale price reported

958 Lake Avenue, priced at $2.890, sold for $2.9, so I’d guess there were two buyers interested (or one very generous buyer). I was involved in the deal when this property sold for $1.725 back in 2013; I know that the owners put a lot of work and money into it after their purchase, but I’m sure they made out okay.

This was first put up for sale in October 2020 at $3 million and stayed at that price and on the market through March 2021, when it was withdrawn. It came back on this past September at $2.890, with the result reported here.
