Not complaining, just commenting, but the character of Riverside has certainly changed

New construction on Grossett Road, $7.950 million. From the 60s, when Riverside was a neighborhood of middle to upper-middle-class families, with the occasional millionaire tucked away here and there, to today’s enclave for the uber-rich. I get it: towns change, and either go up, or down, but rarely stay static. Nor should they, but it’s still a bit of a shock to witness the transformation that’s taken place over the past decade or so.
