The market's up, but perhaps not as much as some people had hoped

26 Memory Lane, off Riversville, looked for a buyer at $3.295 from June 2019 through May, 2020 before withdrawing, unsold. It came back on this past February at $4.495 million (a price I questioned at the time) and has now sold for $3.525. So, better than 2020, but not that much better.

(It was bringing in the lumpy avocados that did the trick, I suspect)
