160 John Street, which started off with the exuberance of a young schoolboy headed for his first day of class back in 2015 and priced at $21.5 million, has dropped its price to $13.250. That’s not so bad: its previous owner wanted $41 million in 2009 before throwing in the towel in 2014 and selling it to these owners for $15 million.
