Taconic land contract

371 Taconic, asking $2 million, has contract. The owners paid $2.350 for the 4-acre property in 2010 (on an opening 2008 price of $3.50) razed the house, and designed a new one before changing their minds and putting it back up for sale in 2018 for $2.690, a price that gradually sank.

Something I didn’t know: 0.5 of this land is in Stamford — I’d always assumed that the Stamford/Greenwich border ran along Taconic, but not so.
