New Broker, Same Price

280 Round Hill Road is back, still looking for $4.495 million. I can’t imagine how switching from one good agent to another good one will make a difference, but the price remains understandable, in my opinion. It’s got a good address, nice looks, and roughly comparable homes across the street in Baldwin Farms have been selling in this price range; certainly, this price is an improvement over the $7.650 sought in 2013 and succeeding years.

And this house comes with a two-bedroom cottage, which is a plus, in my book.
