The contracts of April and May are closing this month, so we’re finally seeing the winning bids that took so many of them. For instance, 33 Old Stone Bridge Road, in Cos Cob, was listed at $1.995 in April (already, I’d guess, $150,00-$200,000 more than would probably have been asked in 2020), and today is reported to have closed at $2,216,000.
