Riverside sale, and again, a New York City buyer

290 Riverside Avenue, asked $3.995, sold for $4.235 (the only site that still has pictures up is Redfin, which requires a sign-up, I believe, so I’ve posted few representative pictures from the MLS listing).

I represented the builder of this home in 2007, when it was sold for $3.8 million to Nokia for one of its executives. When Nokia pulled out of the US in 2010, it was a bad time to sell house, you’ll recall, and this owner picked it up for $2.880. He’s done well.
