I mentioned in a comment last week that West Lyon Farm condos had awakened from a 10-year slumber, and prices were hitting all time records. Here's the latest:

123 W Lyon Farm never even made it to the market and was sold yesterday for $2 million. Non-MLS, but two Hooligan agents put the parties together (and were paid, one presumes). The sellers paid $1.420 for it in 2018 and did nothing to improve it.

The previous owners tried for $1.995 in 2014, gave up and rented it for a year, and then brought it back in 2016 at $1.725, without result until they accepted that $1.420 in 2018.
